Any data on trizepatide doses greater than 15mg

Does anyone know if any studies have been done on dosing greater than 15 mg of trizepatide? If yes, did it have additional side effects or greater weight loss.

I was considering it when I was at 15mg per week. But for me, the dose was strong at the beginning of the week and left me too soon. I settled on 10mg every 5 days and now every 4 days. Seems like a good fit for me. Survo in the fridge for eventual stack.

I’ve heard they’re trialing higher dosages but have not seen any official confirmation of exact dosages. Speculation is 20-25mg/wk. i am presently going quite a bit higher than 15/wk and can confirm suppression is better up here. I have yet to find a dose where I have side effects which I don’t think is typical, though.

Eli Lilly is conducting studies using final doses of 20 and 25 mg. No results are out.

I’m at 17.5 mg Tirz after almost two years and I tolerate it well. I will go up to 20 when the time comes.

I stalled at 15 per week. I went to 20 per week and started losing again. Food noise started coming back on day 5 so now I do 15 every 5 days. I am now at my target weight. I am thinking of lowering to 10 every 5 days for maintenance. I have never had any negative sides with Tirz.

Wonder what the long term effects would be? Also, do you think you'll just have to continue more and more forever to maintain goal weight?
