When my sciatica flares up, I like meloxicam 15 mg for the convenience of once-a-day dosing. But naproxen twice a day is just as good.

In my pain relief cabinet from India is also gabapentin and Lyrica, duloxetine, and muscle relaxers. I've never needed opioids, but the pain clinics here are pretty liberal.

I am taking Meloxicam and Zanaflex right now. I just finished my Prednisone pack treatment and your anecdote about your dogs being hungry on it make so much sense now.

I was eating like crazy while on it, it was back to the days when I wasn't on Tirz and I was always hungry. I was actually thinking of increasing my Tirz dose it was so bad. Hopefully after this week my body can return to normal.

Cagri is even more ghetto than ghetto reta:

because that's how I store my stash in the freezer. By uses: weight loss, healing, sleep, workout/shred, etc. You get the gist. I may have a buying/hoarding problem.

Yeah, I made that comment when I was very first toe-dipping into stacking Survo with Tirz. For what it's worth I gave the stack a good try/titration and ended up discontinuing due to more sides than bennies. I'm a bit of out of the loop but I haven't heard of anyone stacking Survo with Maz (it was always one of those with Tirz or Sema) so the 'believes' you have might be off.

cldfront is correct. For ghetto reta people stack either survo or maz with tirz. The reason they do this is to hit three receptors like reta does, hence the name, ghetto reta. Survo and Maz both hit GLP-1 and Glucagon. Survo hits slightly stronger and the side effects tend to be worse because of it. Tirz, hits GLP-1 and GIP. By stacking survo or maz with Tirz, you hit GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon like reta does.

First, let me clear something up. I belong to a private group and I'm pretty sure we coined the phrase Ghetto Stack not because Survo is inferior but because that's what we named it. Most of my group is stacking now after a large GB. Most responded to lower doses of Survo and got the same suppression as Cag. I was stacking Reta before so I didn't respond until 4.2mg. Now on 4.2 Survo with 12 T. No increased HR and hopefully shrinking my liver. Survo is superior to Reta because on Reta I was still hungry and sacked all day. Hope this helps.
