Any bad test results?

I have made a point of ordering from 7 different providers. They seem to come and go so I wanted to have a variety to choose from in the future. I have tested all 7 and all of the test results came back very good. I have had no negative tests. Maybe the fact that many of us test is keeping the providers mostly honest. I don't know.

At this point, I'm more interested in negative test results. I can almost assume that most of the popular providers will test well. Who has had bad test results? Who should we look out for? Anyone have bad test results that they want to post?

Would be good to define what bad test results means. Failing sterility test? Sub 99% purity? Sub 90% purity? Some failures can be more egregious than others
