Question? If underdosed, do you double up dose? How to know

The only way to know is to send your vial out for testing (I guess you could sort of rely on a test provided by the vendor). A 60mg vial may come back 62.4 or 58.7. you would then recalculate your dose with the new information to make sure you're still injecting your 10 mg a week dose, or whatever dose you're on.

Has your RS had a chance to try the L60? Mine just started a vial and is experiencing increased appetite. I am wondering if they are under-dosed as I was just reading about a view tests from Amo coming back under-dosed by about 10%. Just curious about your experience. Thanks!

I've done well with my order. Reconstituted just fine. Nice sting and great appetite suppression. Like I said before I came from rx mounjaro. Works the same. I would however now use a filter as advised per Pep Test. I have Cagrilintide and retatrutide with Tesamorelin on the way. The only one that stung was Cagrilintide. I ph tested it to a 4 but still used it. Cagrilintide killed my energy unfortunately. I hate so many people have had issues. Maybe my next vial will suck but this one is great.
