I would not trust the COA and/or LR. Some vendors copy the COA and sell under a similar name, others have a great COA but when you receive unmarked vials you have no idea which batch are they part of, if you send it to a third party lab, they might or might not do the test, I don’t imagine a mini lab being able to test more than 100 vials/day.
We are all taking risks with our health, if it works and side effects are manageable, go for it. You still won’t have the slightest idea what is in that vial besides the main substance so it is a risk we al take. I won’t sleep better with a COA, not really relevant unless you have a gmp approved facility.
As a side note, I was buying some sleeping tablets from a reputable pharmaceutical company from uk a few years ago, some were knocking me down like a hammer, some were keeping me awake, tabs were from the same blister. I learned that the pharmas have a legal leeway of 10-20%+/- in their concentration due to manufacturing processes and some of them have more until they are discovered, and when they are, they just brush it off because they can afford it
