Ok brains trust. It’s my first foray into Tirz.

Background:

Previously tried Sema when it was prescribed to hubby (I was curious) with some success. I did not like the side effect of being constipated.

More background:

I workout everyday and am fit and have just a few KG’s to lose. Reason for starting Tirz is that I have a serious sugar addiction I need to kick- I am finding myself at the shops buying a bag of maltesers and then proceeding to finish the whole bag myself in 1 day.

Apart from the sugar I eat lots of protein and good carbs.

I know some of you may think this isn’t much or anything but for me it’s a big deal and I’m old enough now (have done the whole willpower thing before) do I want the easy way? He’ll yeah. Why wouldn’t anyone want the easy way?

Ok so here’s my question.

I bought my first lot of Tirz grey market from a source not on here.

Started at the 2.5mg recommended dose. It doesn’t feel like anything is happening. Not feeling anything apart from a slight feeling of fullness that I was easy to ignore with the Maltesers.

When I read on all these threads I hear food noise being killed— this is what I need.

I have a few ideas—

1. My grey market stuff is bunk

2. I possibly need a bigger dose

3. I need a different GLP

can anyone put aside judgement and chime in with their thoughts or experiences with Tirz?

Thanks for putting up with this NOVEL.

10mg was the therapeutic dose used for most studies. Also 7.5 and 15mg were used as therapeutic doses in studies as well. From my understanding, the schedule starting with low doses was to avoid and mitigate side effects. Youre in the first dose of the loading phase. Relax and give it time to actually work. Some people respond to 2.5 and stay there forever. Everyone's different of course.

Go dive in and spend an evening studying what you're about to inject into your body. It'll make your experience much more pleasant because you'll know what to expect.

yeah you're only at 2.5mg. for many people, the food suppression and elimination of food noise doesn't kick in until a much higher dose. titrate up properly and start getting it to build up in your system and it should happen eventually. i'd only start worrying if you're not feeling anything happening until 10mg, so you have a long way to go.

I also will add that each shot you do adds to the amount of Tirz in your system for the first 3-4 weeks, You can see the effect of each shot here with a 2.5mg weekly dose started on 10/7.
