Hello, I am currently taking RETA 10 mg. Along with that, I take Adderall, Keppra, and Lamotrigine for seizures (something genetic, I’m pretty sure).
Right now, I’m on RETA, and I want to get my abs more defined. Tesamorelin seems like a very good option because it reduces abdominal fat. Now I’m trying to figure out if there’s an alternative or something else I should do. The other option is the “lemon bottle” thing, but it doesn’t directly reduce the inside fat and the unseen fat, and that can affect your health. Besides looking good, I also want to feel good.
Basically, I will seize out if I don’t take my seizure meds.
Now, I know the first thing people will say is, “Don’t take risks with your health,” but I do controlled risk.
So, I want to get my abs defined. I’m already taking RETA, and there was a risk associated with RETA. Luckily, I realized that and went on a controlled dosage.
(I increased RETA slowly based on my comfort level.)
But apparently, Tesamorelin directly counteracts my Keppra and Lamotrigine usage.
• Drug Interaction Mechanism: Keppra and Tesamorelin act on the same glutamate pathway in the brain but with opposite effects, leading to a counteracting action.
• Tesamorelin’s Effect: Increases brain receptor sensitivity to electrical signals, potentially lowering the seizure threshold.
• Stack Risk with Stimulants: Combining these drugs with stimulants like Adderall further increases the risk by adding another accelerating force to the brain’s electrical activity.
So, I’m basically looking for some advice here, if possible, or some general guidance. I’ve tried to do a lot of research on this topic, but I’ve hit a wall.
