I seriously don't think tesa is going to give you a ripped mid-section. That's going to happen by reducing overall body fat %. Below is the percentages that AI says are general body fat thresholds for men and abs showing.

Even still, there could be some benefits from using tesa even if your fat is primarily SQ since visceral is the "bad" belly fat. And reducing that is probably a good thing. I'm thinking that tesa will probably reduce the overall circumference of your midsection and provide an overall leaner look.

100% i read that also but i see there are a lot of other peptides which may help or improve so why not , right?

Your best bet, as far as supplements, for well defined abs is Reta and TRT and maybe sprinkle in some AAS.

It’s not just me that keeps saying that there is no magic peptide for SQ belly fat. You gotta reduce overall body fat. Best peptides for that are the ones you are already using. Maybe stack a couple. The only thing that would probably help too that others have mentioned is some resistance training.

A dexa scan would probably be helpful too. Not only to see how much visceral fat you have, but overall body fat %.

I use Aod and tesamorelin.

The thing that helps me most is malnutrition.

400-600 calories daily and 2 day fasting weekly helped me .

10k steps each day helps also
you're eating 400-600 cals daily? that's bad.

SQ? squishy? squared? sry I'm not well versed on the different types of belly fat 😊
Not in my wheelhouse either but I think the word "visceral" is being used as referencing internal fat. ie:liver, heart...

The fat you are talking about is subcutane, you can have visible abs and still have visceral fat, one doesn't exclude the other, hit your proteins and go for a "mini cut" 3-4 weeks, lower your carbs drastically (even more on restdays), only use them before and after training, hit 2g/kg protein and do your steps minimum 10k a day

Hello, I am currently taking RETA 10 mg. Along with that, I take Adderall, Keppra, and Lamotrigine for seizures (something genetic, I’m pretty sure).

Right now, I’m on RETA, and I want to get my abs more defined. Tesamorelin seems like a very good option because it reduces abdominal fat. Now I’m trying to figure out if there’s an alternative or something else I should do. The other option is the “lemon bottle” thing, but it doesn’t directly reduce the inside fat and the unseen fat, and that can affect your health. Besides looking good, I also want to feel good.

Basically, I will seize out if I don’t take my seizure meds.

Now, I know the first thing people will say is, “Don’t take risks with your health,” but I do controlled risk.

So, I want to get my abs defined. I’m already taking RETA, and there was a risk associated with RETA. Luckily, I realized that and went on a controlled dosage.

(I increased RETA slowly based on my comfort level.)

But apparently, Tesamorelin directly counteracts my Keppra and Lamotrigine usage.

• Drug Interaction Mechanism: Keppra and Tesamorelin act on the same glutamate pathway in the brain but with opposite effects, leading to a counteracting action.

• Tesamorelin’s Effect: Increases brain receptor sensitivity to electrical signals, potentially lowering the seizure threshold.

• Stack Risk with Stimulants: Combining these drugs with stimulants like Adderall further increases the risk by adding another accelerating force to the brain’s electrical activity.

So, I’m basically looking for some advice here, if possible, or some general guidance. I’ve tried to do a lot of research on this topic, but I’ve hit a wall.

I think people mistakenly think that its an visceral OR SQ targeting of different peptides i.e. tesa targets visceral while reta targets SQ. Its not entirely true. First off i wouldnt mess with tesa at all since it interacts with seizure meds. So Id scratch it off just based on that. Also, while tesa does target visceral fat, reta doesnt. It targets BOTH visceral and SQ. Its GCGR agonism drives total body lipolysis which means it drives fat breakdown including visceral. People on reta get a propertional reduction in visceral fat with respect to percentage weight loss. Some GCGR agonists are also specifically being marketed for NASH/MASH like survodutide.

TLDR: yes, reta will allow you to showcase your abs given enough time and dietary restrictions (cutting). It will remove visceral and SQ fat. Tesa wint target SQ fat at all which you need to get washboard abs to appear.
