The Injection shop, a sponsoring vendor on here has the pen needles and in smaller quantities. I bought a couple of different options in 25ct from them. they have more supplies too.

For pen needles and IM, I have been meaning to try "luxury" brands like BD and McKesson.

I havent tried their pen needles, but I bought the BD syringes and they actually hurt. The hype was wrong. I went back to the easy touch ones.

What kind of pens did you use? What is the difference between Open End and Closed End. Is there any advantages to one over the other?
After seeing a post about aseptic practices with pens I chose the V1 pens with closed caps. I bought 5 from Ali Baba, together with cartridges, and a case. .They wont sell needles because that causes red flags in customs.

The V2 are Open end ones, and from what Ive seen on you tube, have a spring so you can leave on, and push down to inject without seeing the needle. But, it remains open. That's why I picked the original closed version. I am hiding my pens in the fridge, in a bag, so not in a dedicated pen case/container (the pens, and case are bigger than anticipated) which you could use to keep them in a cleaner environment. The V2 are very popular.

I am checking pens on AliBaba. Could you please tell me which pens you ordered and what size cartridge I will need to accompany them? Thank you.

YOU GUIZE! My pens (one for Tirz, one for Klow) and cartridges came yesterday, and my filtering supplies (I pulled up the kit from PeptideTest and just added all the mentioned items to my cart that I didn't already have separately, enough for 20 vials.) Then I grabbed the vial of KLOW that I reconstituted a week ago and have just been pinning out of for six days like an animal, went through all the steps of the filter process, filtered it into a sterile cartridge, purged the air, and stuck the pen in my brand new pen-holder thermos and into the fridge. I was JUST congratulating myself on being careful and not sticking myself with any of the needles as I was cleaning up when I forgot that the pen needle has a needle on the UNDERSIDE and got myself on the thumb. THAT'LL teach me to feel smug.

So that's it, there are no more worlds to conquer! I have tirz til I'm too old to care if I'm fat, klow for two years (stupid, why'd I buy so much of it when I don't even really know if it's right for me long term?), NOT interested in any more peps because no, stop it. Have pens for the ones I use. Have bac water for years. Have filters/supplies for at least two. Have as many thermoses as I need to store as much as I plan to keep on hand. And I am fancy, and filter my peps into a pen. I'm basically an postapocalyptic-level pharmacist at this point. Now I can just, like...focus on other hobbies.

Edit: also, I tallied up the cost of going ABSOLUTELY INSANE on this; kits, pens, thermoses, bac water, steel tray, filters, etc etc etc. The cost was equal to about five months of name-brand, or two years and a quarter of compound tirzep alone. Good lord.
I got myself in the finger from that under needle too! 🤣

It was :

[Imported image pending local asset: proxy.php]

Lu Lu

Henan Dunyu Intelligent Technology

V1 80ou pens

You reach out to them in msg and say what you want they msg you back. It states a min order amount. I just asked if they would do less than that. They said yes. Then I asked for the number of cartridges I wanted too. ( the cartridges are a standard size for most pens, except some of the high end kind) and a case. It would have been so easy, if they shipped to Hawaii like she said they would. But then the shippers wont. I doubt it will be a problem for you.

I'm right behind you! My pens (one for tirz, one for klow) came last night, and my filters are coming today. I won't need my tirz one for a few more weeks, because I'm working on a vial of compounded and don't want to burn a cart for three doses, but I'm ready to go with my KLOW vial!
Me too Im going to prep that today

I'm a middle aged divorcee with no kids and no real responsibilities, and I got a good deal on my house a decade ago. I auto-embezzle a fair portion of my paycheck every month into hobby accounts, some of which I don't usually even remember I have unless I get desperate. That means once or twice a year, when I discover a rabbit hole that I lose my goddamn mind exploring and spend WAY too much money learning about and buying supplies for, I don't end up homeless.

It's how I lie to myself so successfully about having good money management and control over my spending. 😂
Hahaha we're gonna be friends. I have a collection of variagated monstera..

I spent most of yesterday out at the lake hunting for spicebushes so I could collect the seeds and plant them in my butterfly garden. I could just buy them, but making gardening into something that requires a lot of walking instead of a lot of online shopping helps slow me down.

I'm trying to love pens. I really am. All in the interest of less waste, etc. Buuuutttt, that said, I'm getting terrible bruises about 50% of the time with my pen. Its got KLOW in it and I can syringe all day with the same 31 gauge, 5mm syringe, with no reaction at all. But pin it with a V2, and OMG I am black and blue. User error? Too short needle? I'm just really bad a picking the spot with my pen?

Its possible that you aren't getting deep enough. A longer needle might be in order for KLOW.

Thanks! I'll try it!

Based on all the users comments I've seen; its the short needle. Try a longer one. I got 8mm for the KLOW, but some say longer.. we'll see..

The open end has a moving cover thing that lets you stick yourself without seeing the needle. That's pretty much it. I bought them thinking I didn't want to see the needle .. but then I didn't trust that it was in me correctly and just take the cap off anyway.
The needle doesn't bother me too much. But I hate loading needles all the time. If I use these Pens, does that mean I can put a whole vial of Peptides in the dispenser and then regulate it to give me my chosen dose?

Yup. When I upped my dose of sema from 0.5mg to 1mg all I needed to do was change my setting from 10 clicks to 20.

The canister for the pens holds 3 ml. So that’s 3 ml Bac with what ever peptide you put in there.

Exactly. Well, up to 3ml, which is the pen cartridge capacity. You just swipe with alcohol and put on a new pen needle. dial in the units you want and go ahead with the rest. when done, remove the needle and dispose. so much less plastic!

there are videos you should watch on You Tube for prepping and loading. A good filtering version on peptide testers website, or the less intense version on peppens.

AWESOME...Now I can't wait to get mine!!! Thanks so much for the information.

I have let myself succumb to the hype as well. Two different peptides once daily it too much measuring for me. Label maker to the rescue when all my stuff gets in on Monday. Already reconned vials are meeting the pen. Has to be faster than my 10min process as of late.

A pen is obviously the most sanitary way to do my tirzepatide; since I ought to be filtering them anyway, why not filter into a cartridge, install it in a pen, and use it that way so that no air ever gets into the "vial" in the course of using up the med; and I don't have to keep piercing the vial every time.

A pen is so obviously a horribly unsanitary way to do my tirzepatide, which will surely become contaminated from backflow and I'm just fooling myself about it keeping a vial fresher for longer.

I have googled for days, watched videos, even got on TikTok (I did NOT like that, I am too old for all that), read many discussions, and discussed it extensively with ChatGPT, because "a machine confidently lying to me" is somehow acceptable to me.

I have bought all of the other supplies; I have enough of everything to last me years. If nuclear war happened, I'd be a frightened savage scavenging in the wilderness but by God I'd be a THIN frightened savage (assuming my freezer still works.) Now I am bored and I want the dopamine hit of buying a pen and feeling happy about how sanitary it will make it when I inject Chinese mystery powder I bought from someone who called me "Dear."

But, like...which is it? Is it more sanitary, or less sanitary?
Thank you so much for the laugh out loud you provided me with your question today. I needed to hear your humor so sending you applause for a job well done😂
