Currently breaking from Reta because I'm on a training and diet schedule that requires about 2500 calories per day and I just can't get there on any reasonable dose. Will prolly start like a 1mg dose for some sorta maintenance.
The break can be beneficial I'm sure. Plan your meals out and exercise. We should be training ourselves to do just this when on the GLP's imo.
