I split my weekly dosage. I’m currently at 8.0mg a week, so I dose 4.0mg each time.

I always wonder what people mean when they say they split their dosage as 7 days don't divide evenly.

I split dose glp1s through the week. Slam 6mg tirz on Fridays, 3mg reta on mondays, split dosing does not have to mean split in half or even splitting the same med.

Well, I guess they are taking it every 3.5 days - so one dosage in the morning, and then mid week in the evening. As simple as that

Sure they do, every 3.5 days. It’s not the only thing that’s dosed that way. My estradiol patch is expressly dosed by the manufacturer as twice a week. I do Thursday mornings and Sunday nights.
