Drug is amazing. Blood pressure is normalized at ~ 115/75 after being ~ 135/90. Snoring completely gone. Resting heart rate now in the high 40s. I've lost this weight several times before, but always rebounded. Finally feels like this is sustainable. About 10 more lbs to go to hit my goal, also working on recomposition. I was considering switching to Reta, but after hearing about the issues with increased resting heart rate, think I'll stick with tirzepatide.

Congratulations. That is fantastic progress. Care to share your exercise/diet regimen, other than the Tirz?

Nothing too fancy. Focused on whole foods centered around protein, quite a bit of peloton power zone riding + walking, and some calisthenics. Now trying to focus more on strength and flexibility with yoga. I read quite a bit about metabolic disorder and unfortunately weight loss alone doesn't solve it, need to get movement.

I'm at 7.5 mg. It was effective for me at that dose so didn't see any reason to keep titrating up.

Once I hit target I'll probably stay there for a couple months and see if I need to reduce the dosage to 5 mg or maybe stretch it out to every 10 days.
