I've read them at KPV can be as effective orally, not really looking to do a daily pin
Not really, not like BPC. They do sell oral versions of KPV, but it's more for GI issues.

Easier to get out of bed without any warming up. I used to sit on the bed, gently rolling my ankles around, moving my knees a little etc before putting weight on my legs. Now I just jump up.

Hip pain that used to wake me up if I rolled over on it while sleeping is gone.

Capral tunnel/wrist pain was almost gone by the 20 day mark. I still get an occasional ping of pain if I lift something heavy.

I am not as sore after softball or playing with the kids. (I up my dose to 1mg on days I have active plans. maybe 2x a week as needed)

More energy, planted a garden, hauled bags of soil, bent over a lot and felt just a little sore the next day. This would have knocked me out for 2 or 3 days before.

Not sure if it is related

Weight loss increased back up to 1.2 lb a week once I added in KPV with no change to Tirz dose. I had settled in at about .5 a pound a week.

Stomach issues are much better especially acid reflux

Hands seem to work better, less finger cramping and I can see my knuckles again. Less inflamation. (Not sure if this is the Tirz or KPV and I just didn't notice earlier)

Easier to wake up, not lounging in bed as long.

I know we are all just trying to figure out what works for us with very little human trail science to go on so thought I would share.
G-ma J. I'm listening and I have to try. Kinda of got my own ailments, (age) Thank you for the info

I'm just finishing up three weeks of having added KPV, and plan on running it indefinitely. I noticed that the tirz burps aren't a thing for me anymore. Inflammation reduced significantly as soon as I started tirz in Jan, and I added KPV just to help that out. Love both.
I have continued to look for a solution for the burps. I burp and don't even know anymore because it's routine. My wife gets on me sometimes about burping and then I notice.

KPV is a favorite of mine. It’s one of my top 2 peptides. I was just looking at my spreadsheet and it looks like I have 732 mg left in my stash. Good for now, but I feel like this is a forever peptide to always keep around.
I'm convinced. Got to score me some KPV!

I take 1mg of KPV in the morning by itself, and 1mg in the evening mixed with GHK-CU (I mix 50mg GHK with 20mg KPV into 1-5ml vial for a 2.5mg/1mg dose)
is this what I keep hearing referred to as the wolverine stack?

What is the other one?

After 3 months on Tirz and making sure I was past all the side effects, I decided to add in KPV for it's anti-inflammatory potential. I noticed improvements in inflammation almost immediately on Tirz and wanted to see if I could optimize it even further. I am doing .5(500mcg) first thing in the morning. I started to see results after about 5 days. Zero ISR or side effect so far.

Very noticeable:

Anyone have psoriasis and on kpv?

KPV gives me an immediate calming effect within 10 minutes of taking it.
Same here. I took it last night for the first time. I felt great and had the best sleep I've had in a long time.

Kpv may help but Try topical ghkcu. I had a girlfriend that had red patches on her arms and hands from psoriasis. I made topical ghkcu by adding 1gram of gkhcu powder to 30ml hyaluronic acid. She applied it a couple times a day and it was gone after several weeks. Nothing else worked for her.

Potential benefits of KPV for taking GLPs like reta (per Gemini):

Challenge Created by Retatrutide How KPV Solves It Delayed gastric emptying Calms the intestinal lining and reduces gut inflammation. Cytokine release from fat loss Blocks NF-κB to stop the systemic inflammatory response. Catabolic stress from deficit Lowers inflammatory load, aiding recovery from heavy lifting.

It will definitely help. I only have it on my scalp. Another thing I found incredible results with is dropping seed oils. I also have eczema on 2 fingers that flares up and it is 100% triggered by seed oils. When I eat out it goes haywire. I noticed some restaurants don't use seed oils so I put them to a test and sure enough, no flare up. This includes the scalp psoriasis. Good luck healing your skin.

I've only been taking KPV 1mg daily for 7 days and my left knee pain is gone! that knee started bothering me going up steps about 6 months ago, nothing really bad but bad enough that I was aware when I was getting ready to tackle some stairs and would automatically baby my left step... like anticipating the pain.

I'm gonna keep taking this!

what is the dosing protocol for this. I ordered a kit to test it a 5mg kit. I've seen people take .5 to 1mg for dosing.

See message number 14 in this thread. (sorry, I don't know how to link to it)

That's awesome. I've been wanting to try it for acid reflux. I've been on the fence deciding between kpv and bpc157. I think I'll go ahead and order.
