What's the longest you've used a vial?

I get leery after 8 weeks. I started to wonder about potency too but can't say if that was real, in my mind, or overfill when I switched to a new vial/vendor.

FWIW

I don't know this first hand but as I understand it the compounding pharmacies add a preservative (as does Lilly for their pens) so it can last a good long time and stay potent even at room temperature. I assume these preservatives are more than BAC water.

Lilly doesn't add preservatives to their vials part of the way they are trying to keep people locked into using at the standard dose and not trying to play with using a 10 mg vial to get different doses.

Can I ask why the adaptor is a pain? Is it purely just because you have to have an extra bit of kit to make them work or do they usually cause problems like getting stuck etc?

Currently trying to decide what pen I want to use and I cant decide if its better to buy a proper branded one or go for one of the cheaper options.
It’s just that it’s an extra thing I have to remember. My Novos work well, I just prefer my Luxuras.

Those Lilly pens do look nice. Do you happen to know where I can buy them? Even if its a US site.

Unless you're in the EU where Lilly use the kwikpens, which do have preservatives and have multiple doses in them.

Where are you located? I just bought a Savvio (which are Lilly pens) and I'm in the UK.

I bought the V2'S aka magic pen off ali. Yes I use the adapter rings that I bought from Amazon. I tested each pen for accuracy by filling a cartridge and inserting a syringe into it. I set the MG's and pushed the plunger. Each one was spot on so I'm happy lol. I'm not able to compare it to other pens though since this is the only one I've tried.

Goodies good life sells them. They are on Ali express too. And Peppy’s, possibly Underground.

Honestly I like the V2s…they have been reliable and good to me…
