Tell us what your first goal was and if you achieved it. This can help many people who can see how both physical and psychological goals can be achieved with GLP-1s and other peptides.

I'll start:

I'm a 48-year-old Spanish man who lived in the US (Florida) from 2021 to 2025. I moved to the US for work and started eating terribly, gaining over 10 kg.

I was diagnosed with hypogonadism and started my TRT in 2022, which I'm still on. This helped me get back to the gym, and with a proper diet, I managed to lose weight down to 96 kg and 25% body fat.

In January, I started my treatment with Retatrutide, and my goal was to reach 15% body fat and build muscle. I'm currently at 14% body fat and experiencing incredible body recomposition.

Great work! My goal is recomposition as well. 6'4" and at my heaviest was 390lbs, down to 330 on my own, and currently at 310 since starting Reta at the end of March. Staying in the gym 3-4 times a week lifting heavy, and getting 4-5 miles of walking per day, plus good nutrition and sleep. I carry my weight evenly and have good muscle, so I have confidence in the recomp. Should be in a good spot within a year.

Body shape resembles Mr. H. Dumpty.

Urgently looking to diminish the visceral fat inside.

Started at 218 pounds, "diet-and-exercised" to around 200, then stalled for a year.

Immediately skipped over 'GLP1' and 'GLP2', why not go with the bright new shiny 'Reta'?

Titrated thru the New Year to 2mg - got every side effect; reflux, slow digestion, sulfur burps, the itch in weird places (but starving hungry) everything except weight loss.

February was an awful month, up to 4mgs, high blood pressure, fast heartbeat, terrible sleeps.

March was worse.

Currently at 12mgs and 197 lbs. (Yesterday I was 198!)

Pure vanity at this point. Just want to look better than everyone at my 30th high school reunion later this year.

I want abs and to wear size 30 jeans. I damn near have a full six pack right now and my 32's are loose. Not bad at 5,9 and 200 pounds, considering I was 270 a year and a half ago. Ill also be 51 in less than a week.

Thankfully at this point I have my nutrition, training and supplementation dialed in.

Process > Outcome, keep feeding the machine.

Pure unadulterated vanity. I can’t even be ashamed because I gave up on myself a long long time ago. Where I want to be is somewhere I have never intentionally been….so I can’t come up with much more than “how I want to look.”

And a side of not feeling like I’m gonna die within a month. Those were rough years.
