What gauge needle for reconstituting?

I have my first gray coming this week and trying to get supplies organized.

What gauge needles are best for reconstituting?

If I am filtering, does the destination vial need to be vacuum, or just sterile? Also is it the same needle to draw BAC as to filter/transfer to the second vial?

I’m having a heck of a time finding one source for everything…vials, syringes, needles, filters. Well 4mm filters are just hard to find, but is it pretty typical to have to go to multiple vendors to piece everything together?

I’m sure I am forgetting something else…
