Been pinning twice a week 1mg, now entering my 3rd week. Lost 2.9kg/6.4lbs, I am very happy with the results.
Today marks the end of Week 6, and to say I am happy would be an understatement.

Today also marks the end of my first 4mg week.

Let the numbers speak for themselves:

I get the same thing I spend the day before pinning having a lot more normal appetite. I have just embraced that as part of it and its probably fine to have a day where I either struggle to eat less or I eat a bit more. The main thing its doing is I am doing a weekly weigh in on pin day and that is basically my heaviest day of the week due to the prior day of eating a bit more. Its probably slowing the weight loss a little but more Reta is just more sides and so would going earlier and what I am doing right now is working just fine (~1KG a week lost).

I weigh that day, and averaged 2.1lbs/week-9.53kg. That last 7 day hunger was not terrible, and went away a long time ago at maybe late 4mg pins.

Do you mind me asking what Cagri stack is?
Cagrilintide, long actingambling analog. Concensus of anecdotal feedback from community researchers is it damn near suppresses hunger, and studies evidence weight loss as well. Sides vary based on researcher. In my research, I continued to loose with Cagri, so I dropped it. It's my in case of emergency stacker. You can find alot about it here and elsewhere.

I’m at 11 weeks tomorrow and currently at 3 mgs. I’m down 21 lbs and I’m feeling really good! I’m testing the slow and steady approach and I may go up to 4 mgs at the most, but I’m in a sweet spot right now!

For me. Started at 1mg but after first week bumped up to 1.4 mg. Stayed there 2 weeks was still getting food noise and hunger after 4 days. Today I bumped up again to 1.8 mg. Will see where this gets me.
I've found even 1mg bumps didn't do anything, let alone .4mg. Just my personal experience.

Not to ruin the party but pinned 9mg reta last sat, 18mg tirz yesterday. Starving. After a yearish, im immune. Sometimes ill do 15mg tirz i.m. in the delt and occasionally get that 3 day food is gross feeling i keep chasing.

Nothing ruined, and I tend to agree. I don't need to lose anymore. I dropped to 6 and 8mg messing with maintenance. My weight just holds in a 2-3 pound up/down swing. Not starving, and still have a small appetite, but I'm eating more. I'd honestly like to gain 5lbs to put me right on my goal. As you know, I was on 10mg Reta, and just did 6mg this morning. We'll see...

A bunch of threads on this. I personally would do 3.5mg on Tuesday before you leave and Wednesday when you get back and slowly lose another day, or take the shot early 1 day till you get back to Sunday. I just went through this a couple months ago. Example: Coming home shot on Wednesday, next shot the following Tuesday, next shot the following Monday then back to normal the following week. You could go the opposite way, but that's how I'd do it.
When I went to see my kids last week, I took a small vial of reta in a ice pack case...I wasn't sure what the TSA was going to say, but at 3 different airports, TSA just wanted to make sure the ice pack was an "ice pack" and that was that...I may or may not have had a klow blend vial in there too... 😳 😎

But.... Why?
Why not? Myself and a ton of others here did too. I went 2-4-6-8-9-10. Lost 60lbs in 30weeks or 8 months averaging 2lbs/week. Looking your weight loss weekly, week 2, 3, 4 and 6 you lost to much. week 7 was a tad high too. You do you.

Good thing it wasn't HGH.

I have been stacking reta with tirz the last 4 weeks...5mg tirz and 2mg reta...I pin reta tomorrow and will probably move up to 3mg, and if well tolerated go to 4mg next Friday...

The tirz does what it is supposed to at 5mg so II don't see any change in that for a while...

Is it normal to lose only about five pounds of scale weight after eight weeks on Reta? I am currently taking 4 mg weekly.

I feel like my body shape has changed, and honestly, I feel as though I am losing fat, but the scale is not really reflecting it. My team has told me to be patient because it can take time, but I was hoping to see a little more movement by now.

I have zero food noise, I am definitely eating less, and I am struggling to reach my protein goal. I know I could probably do better with that, but I am wondering whether under-eating could somehow be contributing to the lack of scale movement.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

My situation feels different from so many others. I have yet to read about someone who is getting the intended effects, such as reduced food noise and feeling full much faster, but seeing almost no drop on the scale.

I’m not eating junk either. Once a week, I might have three slices of thin-crust pizza or a sandwich, and that is basically my only cheat meal for the entire week. I honestly don’t get it.

Someone please make me feel better and tell me this is common! Haha, but seriously... is it?
Many factors,

If you have lost a lot and your body has adjusted it can come off much slower.

If you are retaining water due to too much salt it can be misleading

I personally would troubleshoot the different things if 5lbs in 8weeks

How much is my calorie deficit? I targeted 1000 less calories a day, I figured that would offset measurement issues and would ensure I was at minimum at a 500 kcal deficit.

How much is it fluctuating, I would only weigh once a week, but if I started to plateau I would check in more often and look for trends.

Was the 5lbs equally averaged in all weeks or did you have several with gain or no los s, this can skew your averages.

Did you adjust your BMR based on weight loss , when I started I based BMR on starting weight and then adjusted with each additional 20lbs lost

These are the first things I would look at.
