Some time ago I had packed on some weight. I lost fifty pounds, had a big well fitting wardrobe, and was generally doing well. I moved to Texas close to two years ago & immediately injured myself. I went from rollerblading 10 - 20 miles a day x 3 times a week and climbing mountains to the same - if not worse diet and sitting at home. I gained that fifty pounds I had lost back and then some.

I had started loss naturally, but it was so tough. I lost maybe twenty pounds or so. Much tougher in my early 40s than just a few years prior. So I went on tirz to help... And did it. I guess I"m a super responded but 4 weeks in I had dropped over 20 lb of the weight. I stopped weighing myself but kept tracking calories, exercising, and it kept coming off.

My girlfriend flew in for valentines day, and she noticed -- and I realized my clothes were too big (?!) I pulled out my old clothes and I'll be damned.. they fit.

Now, my back closet had a 'hamper of shame' from my move. Nothing ever fit, and every try was always worse. Other than a handful of shirts that are slightly tighter than I would like.

I was able to put those in a small drawer and get rid of the hamper of shame.

Here's to the next few months!
