What do you recommend to track pep schedule and weight loss trajectory etc. ive seen a few apps but wonder if their is a common consensus or maybe just pen and paper?

Thanks for your input

I tried a couple, but deleted them. I didn’t love the privacy policy statements. I tried one called ShotTracker and it has a better privacy policy, but not much other utility for what I do, so I don’t plan to keep up with it either. (You can choose from a handful of injection sites, keep your inventory and link vials so that all of the vials in a kit have the same info (like actual mg and reconstitution), can enter any pep you want, etc. and it’s a 1-time fee not a subscription.)

I just use the GLP1 plotter spreadsheet for long half-life stuff and log everything in a separate calendar on my phone, just for a record. I don’t need or use reminders, so the spreadsheet is my jam.

Here’s a screenshot with part of the privacy policy for an app called PepTracker. My advice is to just review the privacy policies on the developer sites and make sure you’re comfortable putting all of your grey market substances in them.

I like shotsy because you can log your injection sites when you add a shot, but you can only log GLP-1s

Theres another app called dose track that ive been using lately too
I use Shotsy, too for my tirz.

But, I was thinking... it could possibly be used for other peptides (you could just write a note in the jab notes to say what/ how much you took.

Might be a little bit of faffing, but at least the info is stored.

ye olde "Pen and Paper" in a few notebooks has been my tracking method over the years. 😅 For dates, time, dose, and general remarks about health state.

+1 for Shotsy and I use the “Notes for day” to record any other peps pinned that day.

I use a spreadsheet to track daily notes and variations beyond the scope of Shotsy... I haven't checked out the note section on Shotsy but a spreadsheet is easily searchable for keywords which is handy for me.

I've used Shotsy from the beginning, it's only for pharma glp-s, but also reta.

I looked at a few, and all seemed overly complicated. And, I also did not like the privacy issues, that may come up.

Google Tasks works well for me. I just add a task for each injection type and amount.

This is so important and one of the reasons that links to many sites and apps end up being deleted.

There are an endless number of sites and apps out there that are data mining/harvesting information on GLP-1 and peptide users, enthusiasts, etc. The creator of at least one such site in the peptide space has previously publicized their data mining and collection abilities, putting the personal data of anyone who visits that site at risk. Many of these sites and apps are integrated with services like retention.com where various other data can be used to identify and share PII with anyone willing to pay for it, and basic precautions like incognito browsers and VPNs often aren't enough.

It's critical to review and understand the privacy policies of all of these sites and apps, and to make informed decisions about which sites and apps to visit or use. Our Privacy Policy can be reviewed at [archived internal link]

Be careful out there folks!

I just came across this today after some searching. It has a medication tab as well but you can't input dosages and it doesn't show on the same graph as the weight but its still in early days. I asked the developer if its possible to add this function. It has some good potential!

Its self hosted so you don't have to worry about your data being shared or used by anyone.

Injections has been added now, as well as injection sites.

I also use the half-life plotter

I like the fact that I can game out what my estimated daily concentration would be assuming I followed different pinning schedules

It was amazing to me how quickly the level of a given peptide accumulates in your body, just by taking it once a week

It’s also interesting to see how splitting doses affects that accumulation

And it also doesn’t require me to risk giving my information to third parties

But if I’m being 100% honest, that last consideration is not a dealbreaker for me

I track my food using fitness pal, and I am very relaxed with my personal information permissions

Nice to see I am not alone in my discomfort over the privacy policies of these apps.

I use my email app. I record all the data I need to keep track of my testing dose strength, recon, # in series (titration & should work for cycling), and source (for my own comparison). I track my weight elsewhere.
