Hey everyone!

Here's my plan for the next few months to get down to 12% body fat by summer and recompose my body.

I've been on Reta for 9 weeks now, this last week at 2 mg. I'm also taking TRT (Tests of Reta), 125 mg of testosterone cypionate per week.

I went from 26% body fat to 17% in 9 weeks. My current weight is 86 kg.

Phase 1 (April). Here I'm going to increase my Reta dose to 2.5 mg and include SLU-PP-332 and O-304, yohimbine, to accelerate fat loss as much as possible.

Phase 2 (May) Recomposition Phase

3 mg Reta

2 IU of HGH before bed

Phase 3 (June and July) Muscle Mass Gain Phase

3.5-4 mg Reta

3 IU of HGH

30 mg of Oxandrolone

What do you think? Would you remove or add anything?

Currently running almost the exact same. 180 test C has my total at 1300 and free 220. Reta 3mg and hgh 4iu split morning and night. Really considering running IGF-1 LR3 at 20mcg for 4 week cycle after doing a lot of research. Any opinion on adding the IGF-1 LR3 with what you’re doing?

I read about IGF1 R3 and it seems very interesting, given its powerful effects on hyperplasia and performance. But I'm worried about combining HGH and IGF1 R3 because of the potential for insulin and glucose resistance.

I'm hoping someone else has experience with IGF1 R3.

What's your estradiol at? Going this morning to get my blood drawn, currently running 250mg/week test cyp (125mg Monday/125mg Thursday). My PCP was only prescribing me 200mg every other week and the hormone rollercoaster was horrible.

Estradiol is 77 and not taking any AI. After my last bloodwork I switched to splitting injections 3x per week instead of 2 and almost immediately dropped 3lbs which was water retention. Easy way to tell my estradiol levels dropped. Personally the higher mg weekly is managed better with more frequency.

My last blood test was in the US, where my estradiol level was 56 mg/week and I was taking 200 mg/week.

When I arrived in Spain, they lowered it to 125 mg/week, and I have blood tests in three weeks.

My thought process behind it was to stacking it with Reta which improves both insulin and glucose sensitivity to cancel out any resistance. Dosed properly of course. Hope someone who’s done this chimes in to give some insight but about to make the leap.
 
A muscle gaining phase of 2 months? Using Anavar?

If you want to gain in such a short period I'd say get some Tren-A(or E) because Annie won't cut it.

A more sensible approach (imho ofc.) is to just get shredded for the next months (~10% bf or below), anavar is perfect for that) and enjoy your summer. Then do a decent bulk after that increasing your test dose and adding some Primo for example.
 
Anavar I believe should be run only for a couple weeks as orals can be hard on the kidney/liver. I have some Masteron coming for a summer cruse of 200/200 for ~6 months.

Var has really helped me get over my reta fatigue - I was already on test and gh but reta just zapped all motivation and energy out of me I couldn't push myself at the gym. Finally pushing past my pb once again with var and making gains. Definitely a short-term hack to keep momentum going at the gym while on a glp1.

I wouldn't do without reta/gh/test/var - though SLU-PP-332 and O-304, and yohimbine seem quite extra.

I stopped taking yohimbine because it significantly increased my resting heart rate, starting at 3mg, to 85-90 bpm. It's now adjusted downwards, but I don't think it's necessary; I'm already at 13%.

Fvck...this is scary.. I already have fatigue-for-galaxies, and brain-fog-for-epochs. Am I gonna have reta fatigue too? Damn, my fat burners and modafinil seem to have become obsolete now. I took them an hour ago. I see my fatigue smirking and giving me the finger.

Total of 1300... that's really high. You don't need 1300 test to build/gain muscle. You can be at a safer range 700 - 900 and achieve the same benefits. Also, your estradiol is high, 77. Having high test and estradiol you need to be monitoring your DHT and Hematocrit's levels. If you are not careful, you'll be squatting to pee, dribble dribble... as well as loosing your hair.
