Here's my plan for the next few months to get down to 12% body fat by summer and recompose my body.
I've been on Reta for 9 weeks now, this last week at 2 mg. I'm also taking TRT (Tests of Reta), 125 mg of testosterone cypionate per week.
I went from 26% body fat to 17% in 9 weeks. My current weight is 86 kg.
Phase 1 (April). Here I'm going to increase my Reta dose to 2.5 mg and include SLU-PP-332 and O-304, yohimbine, to accelerate fat loss as much as possible.
Phase 2 (May) Recomposition Phase
3 mg Reta
2 IU of HGH before bed
Phase 3 (June and July) Muscle Mass Gain Phase
3.5-4 mg Reta
3 IU of HGH
30 mg of Oxandrolone
What do you think? Would you remove or add anything?
