I didn't read through the whole thread but YES to this - I use CALM's Sleep mixture myself everyday and it def helps a lot.

The active vital ingredient in any of these is magnesium GLYCINATE btw...not citrate or theonate.

And not epsom salts. Taken internally It won’t help with sleep because you’ll be going poo a LOT. (Plain, not the scented type.). Might be good to know if digestion really grinds to a halt.

A good soak otoh is relaxing.

Even before starting on tirz, I took daily melatonin due to a suspected delayed sleep phase disorder that came along with my ADHD, so I've just been keeping that up, although I'm only on 2.5mg still so maybe that'll stop being enough some day.

Same here, I've been on Tirz for 2.5 yrs and even the very lowest dose affected my sleep (and other side effects). I just put up with it. It usually is worse the first two days after the shot and then goes back to normal. I take A LOT of meds to sleep and it still messes with them. For me, its worth it - to wake up multiple times a night in exchange for losing 50lbs and keeping it off. Good luck!
