It seems that Tirz improves ED in men with type 2 diabetes. GLPs are absolutely a game changer beyond weight loss.

Percentages look similar and probably negligible to the others, Not sure I would call it game changing, that seems like a stretch.

What I meant by game changing is that there are other studies on GLPs ,like a dramatic reduction in fatty liver and now ED. There will be more coming out soon that will many benefits beyond weight loss.

It seems like there is good reason to believe they may help with a lot of things. At the same time, they have been tested almost exclusively on people that are overweight and losing weight makes everything better. They are trying to tease out what else it may be helping with, but until they start testing it on people that are already at a healthy weight we will never know. If I had to guess, I'd say half of the things they thing it may help with may actually materialize.

They're clinical trials right now just for addiction.

Tirzepatide is a miracle medication in my opinion, not only with weightloss, but also host of other ailments. So, I personally agree with your statement that it's a game changer. But, if this is from the study that I think it's from, it's important to note that these results are from men with T2DM and not men in the general population. I'd love to read the article, but I can't access it from my work account. I'm also a little suspect of any medical study that solely relies on large databases to predict associations. This study doesn't appear to be randomized control study, which to me is better than large reterospective cohort studies using health data from large databases.
