My plan for blending...
I will first reconstitute each vial with Hospira as follows:
20mg vial of tesa with 1ml BAC
10mg vial of ipa with 3ml BAC
Then I will mix 1ml of ipa and 1ml of tesa into a pen cart
If I did this correctly, 20 units = 2mg tesa+ 333mcg ipa daily.
The remaining 2ml of ipa will be used on the next two tesa vials.
There are two of us sharing the pen, so it looks like one pen will only last 5 days. The entire kit of tesa should be gone in 50 days leaving 6 vials plus 2/3 of one vial of ipa remaining, which might make me buy more kits of tesa. I could have just bought 5mg ipa but I got a deal.

I used the blend calculator someone else mentioned above and plugged in numbers until it looked easy to blend.
Please don’t , use them separately and pin twice , 1ml of Bac is low for the Tesa , lower then 1,5 will gel up , it happened to me with hospera Bac

To late I already added the ipa. With that said the last two nights have been a little rough, I dosed 3 hours after eating and still felt a little sick, and last night had a middle of the night headache which never happens.thorvald said:
Instead of taking the tesa at night, because of my glp1 gastric slowing, going to take it fasted early mornings, when I havent eaten all night. Maybe around 615am in the mornings and won't eat till.noon or after.
Pretty sure my gastric slowing is fucking things up. I see I can take tssa fasted in the mornings too, going for it
Please be aware happened to me twice , i tried to mix 2 10mg vials to add them to my pen cartridge and they gel up in the vial when i combined then ,from the same batch using hospera.

Added AA to see if that will fix it , and more then 3 ml of Bac with no success. I broke 5 x 10mg vials trying to fix it .
