Tennis Elbow - Using BPC, TB, and GHK-CU

The already mentioned Tyler twist is a game changer for me. Highly recommend.

0,5 mg daily BPC 157 worked good for the tendonitis in my elbow region.

After 1 week I felt that healing was somehow different than prior. After 2 weeks it was a major change. The area and level of pain was reduced significantly. After 3 weeks it was almost gone.

Usually it took about 2 months to get to this point.

Just heard a podcast with athletes. The prefer TB500 only. Common those seems to be 1mg daily. One of them takes 5mg daily.
