Here is my Stacking plan, my main goal is weight loss, long term it will be to build muscle and become the person I drive to become, I would love to see everyone's plans and how you would make changes to mine, Each body is different in so many ways, that includes how peptides effect us all, share the love ❤️

MOTS-C - 40mg:

3ml Bac, Draw 15 Units, 2mg 5 Days Per Week, 16 Weeks on, 4 weeks off, AM Injection

Reason:

Regulate metabolism, Enhance insulin sensitivity, and boost physical performance

CJC no DAC+ IPA - 10mg:

2ml Bac, Draw 10 Units, 500mcg 2 times a day, AM + PM Injections

5 Days per week, 12 weeks on 4 weeks off

Reason:

Increases fat breakdown, deeper and more restful sleep

Reta - 30mg:

3ml Bac, Draw 50 Units, Every 6 days - 5mg Per Dose

Reason: You already know 😉

Triz - 60mg:

3ml Bac, Draw 25 Units, Every 6 days - 5mg Per Dose

Reason: Help's massively with food suppression (my experience when stacking) PS. don't do as I do without research.

Fantastic lineup. Can’t speak to the last one but here’s my opinion on the rest.

Titrate up: maybe you left this out but I would titrate up for all of these, especially reta (when researching my rat of course).

Starting w/:

MOTS-c 5mg a week then go up from there

CJC+Ipa 250mcg PM

Reta 0.5mg/week increasing 0.5mg every week or every other week

For this stack (mostly reta) I’d add in Zinc, Benefiber, digestive enzyme, multivitamin. Also, would dial diet, exercise, sunlight ofc.

Have you started these yet? I recommend you start lower if not.. especially the first dose, and start just one new peptide per week. People react with high variability to these medications and you dont know yet what will happen with each one. Let your body get used to it and if you have a bad reaction you will know what caused it.

You are not in a race. This is a long term project.

^^ THIS! You want the minimum effective dose, until tolerance kicks in, only then you bump it up.

Titrating too fast builds tolerance, which costs more in the end (financially and physiologically). Losing too fast may give consistent dopamine hits, but gives worse long-term results because the skin does not have time to catch up.
