I hear ya, Im right along with you at 46, If I could suggest something, hold off on your mots until after ss-31 cycle so you know your going to get the most benefits out of the mots. Some say mots is not as effective until after the ss-31 has gone in and done any repairs first. That is where I am in my second week of NAD (2x a week) and ss-31 (5 on 2 off). So far in my opinion nothing does near the work of the Methylene blue in energy, mental clarity, ADD and just mental feeling good so that's disappointing. Im wondering if the raving about all the benefits of peptides is because people have not found MB lol. I would love to find someone who was a MB user and then added peptides and got greater results to chime in. Also my ADD kids all do really well on MB so it's something to think about if you have kids that are dealing with it. (They are all between 21-26 yrs).kris10karma said:Thank you so much for the info.
