Stacking peptides with SS-31

I hear ya, Im right along with you at 46, If I could suggest something, hold off on your mots until after ss-31 cycle so you know your going to get the most benefits out of the mots. Some say mots is not as effective until after the ss-31 has gone in and done any repairs first. That is where I am in my second week of NAD (2x a week) and ss-31 (5 on 2 off). So far in my opinion nothing does near the work of the Methylene blue in energy, mental clarity, ADD and just mental feeling good so that's disappointing. Im wondering if the raving about all the benefits of peptides is because people have not found MB lol. I would love to find someone who was a MB user and then added peptides and got greater results to chime in. Also my ADD kids all do really well on MB so it's something to think about if you have kids that are dealing with it. (They are all between 21-26 yrs).

I ran the SS-31 at 5mg daily for 20 days, then right on to Mots-c, so I can't say if one impacted the other. Im glad I did both because I felt better after SS-31 in an indescribable way, and Mots-c has given me energy that won't allow me to plop on the couch when I could be doing anything else. It's not a jittery energy, but a desire to burn energy... I live all of the above mentioned remedies.

I also stacked 500mg of DSIP, but just tried a 10mg bottle. Either 20 doses won't get er done, or it's snake oil to me...

I find i sleep much more sound on dsip. Doesn't make me sleepy at all but I feel more rested. Excellent results with my daughter too as far as sleep quality.

I LOVE IT!!! What's your MB mg per day and did you take it while doing ss-31? If so did you have to lower the dose of MB?

Actually started 10mg (20 drops) when i started the Mots-c regiment. I figured since Ss-31 was repairing the mitochondria, I didn't want to alter the energy transfer within the cells until that job was done. Once that part was done, I used the Mots-c to ramp up the energy, and the MB is used to make sure the balance of energy is established and optimized.

It gives me the feels I was hoping for when I started the mitochondrial protocol.

I'm now on 20mg every other day of MB. Sometimes I take an extra 20 if the back end of the day is dragging.

That's awesome. Im having to drop down and space out the MB for sure for now until I am done with the ss cycle. Thank you for your info! #TheMoreYouKnow

I appreciate all the info in the article however one of the big things to consider with things that increase serotonin levels (tesofensine) is to not stack any 2 together so If you are on any SSRI's (antidepressants) or anything that increases your serotonin uptake like Methylene Blue do not take them together. Also be aware of anything that might raise your heart rate like an epinephrine (inhaler) with a stimulating agent like Methylene blue or Vyvanse. I don't take tesofensine because Methylene Blue is king in my world after HRT optimization. So everything else has to play nice with it because I get the most benefits from it (21mg oral). I have lots of people in my world that are ADD autistic and everything in between that get a huge benefit from Methylene blue for stress, energy, mental clarity and attention span. You stay on it every day and don't need to cycle off so you have better coverage year around. If you haven't tried it give it a shot. We buy ours on amazon for $30 for 60 capsules from "Nutricel Supplements". My husband takes a pill form and I take a Liquid form and they are both great. Start super low (4-7mg per day) then work your way up to what is good for you but I wouldn't go over 30 mg although some studies say it can be generally tolerated up to 50mg per day. Our sweet spot seems to be around 20-25 unless you're recovering from work out, sick, injured, post surgery then we kick it up to 28-35mg for a day or two. If you're young (
