This is a 14 Week protocol. Weeks 13 and 14 are the same as Week 12..MOTS-c and NADS+. The PDF has links to files and research documentation to explain the reasoning behind this schedule. I started it Firday.
How can I find the pdf and not just the screenshot of it?

I don't know what Vyvanse is or how it makes a person feel... Help?
Vyvanse is extended release d-isomer amphetamine, with a lysine molecule attached as part of the release mechanism that's cleaved off in the liver to provide the user a steady supply of dextroamphetamine. Dextroamphetamine is a dopamine releasing agent. Vyvanse is not dissimilar from methamphetamine in the way it makes you feel, though it lacks the serotonin releasing component and doesn't last quite as long.

It makes you feel good. Like you just bought a new sports car after getting back from vacation and having the best night of sleep in your life and you have a date with a model later in the evening.

That was how I described it when I took a stimulant for the first time too. My description is colored by abuse 😭

I just completed my ss31 - mots-c stack.

I think ss31 provided me deeper sleep.

Mots-c gave me stable energy throughout the day. Nothing like a stimulant, I didn’t feel anything from Semax, so for me to actually notice something from mots-c is worth mentioning.

I would recommend it. I'm only 34 and could notice a difference.

I am planning to start this protocol for 8 to 10 weeks. I have been doing a KLOW in the am and Tesamorelin in the PM for the last 8 weeks.

Do folks have thoughts on a washout period before starting the ss31,Mots, and Nad protocol?

I have also been on Tirz for 6 months.

yeah, for like 30 minutes.. I wouldn't mind if I could replace my Vyvanse with MOTS/NAD, though...

You're not going to replace dextroamphetamine with anything except a few years of sobriety and working on your body and supplementing for it.

People lose sight with this peptide shit because they're new and interesting. Most supplements you can buy at the store are way more effective than any peptide.

If you want to get off of Vyvanse, empty out the powder in the capsules and titrate yourself down, move to as needed doses, do lots of working out, and get really into supplements. There are a lot of resources hidden in Reddit threads you'll find through Google. Depending on how long you took it and how much time/money you can dedicate to your recovery, you can recover in 1-2 years.

But nothing is ever going to be a substitute for amphetamine. MotsC and NAD are all hype for the most part (though worth trying). Something like NALC/NALT is going to be way more effective as a stimulant alternative.

Labs update before and after the NAD+, SS-31, NAD+ protocol. My blood tests were 3 months apart both performed by quest biologics

HOMA-IR (Homeostatic Model Assessment for Insulin Resistance) before 4.4: After 2.2

Before: fasting glucose 89, fasting insulin 19.9

After: fasting glucose 88, fasting insulin 10.2

The biggest surprise for me was my cholesterol

Total before 253 - after 189

Triglycerides before 251 - after 146
