After Zippity's post a bit ago, I thought this was directly relevant to GLP1s.

At least it's not in rats, but the trial was in "people with HIV-associated lipohypertrophy". At least the results were significant and believed to relevant to the general populations. Even though caloric restriction does have similar effects in mice, these 3-5yr effects were significant in humans.
