Agreed Grogu. My first semaglutide experiment I microdosed the pharma compounded bottle for several months past what the expiration stated and it continued to work beautifully. Spoilage is a bigger risk than potency loss, so if sterile practices are met, I don't worry too much about using a vial for a couple months.

My latest purchase was 50mg reta vials and those are like 3.5 months worth on my and my wife's current doses. I don't anticipate any issues.

I agree for GLP-1s.

My experience with NAD+ is that it loses spiciness after about a month. It wasn’t ineffective but not “whoa let’s pause a second” type of spiciness. It lived a quiet life in a little-used fridge in our basement, in its original dark-glass vial. I haven’t been super careful about how many time per week I take it so it was probably on week 5. Reasonably careful handling, no drops or shakes. The next vial (same kit) confirmed the first vial had lost spunk.

If companies are shipping prefilled pens of sema and tirz, we’re probably good to go for a few months. I haven’t tossed my Reta that was reconned in August. (Haven’t taken any since then). Not sure what my tolerance is.
