Sema and tirz together?

I've seen some conflicting thoughts as I've searched. Im using the max dose of tirz and researching what to add to keep the weight loss going.

Does it even make sense to add sema with the 15mg tirz? If so, what dosage?

I don't think Reta is an option for me because of risk to kidneys & health history. Cagri makes me nervous with ph balance and potential side effects.

What are your thoughts?

Im going to say yes. I have not tried Sema/Tirz but I’m stacking 1mg Sema with 8mg Reta and back to losing weight after a long stall and 12 pound weight gain. I’m hoping to lose 10.2 more pounds for a total of 136#’s over 36 months. Hit my lowest weight 210.2 pounds in almost 20 years this week.
