Anyone finding high-ish doses of NA selank (around 750mics or so) to be very sedating and helping with sleep? Seems to be the case for me.

Could be the anxiolytic effects comparable to benzodiazepines

Selank is pretty darn good to start the wind down process for me!

CJC/Ipa was giving me decent sleep, I thought. My dosage might have gotten too high, or work stress affecting it, and I had the most horrific, visceral night terrors I’ve ever had, followed up by sleep paralysis, for at least 5-10 seconds. Stopped taking that at bedtime, and it stopped.

Once I got up the nerve….

800 mcg NA-Selank Amidate (subq) around 3.5 hours before bed.

300 mcg DSIP (subq) 1.5 hours before bedtime. I’ve only done this for a week, but…

Average REM/Deep sleep prior to this, 90 day average? 7.3 hours total sleep. 0.87 hours REM/Deep summed (52 minutes, 10 seconds)

Average REM/Deep sleep for past 8 nights? 7.18 hours total. 1.96 hours. (1 hour, 57 minutes, 39 seconds)

11.9% of sleep was deep/rem before. 27.2% now. I know DSIP isn’t for everyone, there’s a ton of non responders.

After this cycle, I might try to add Pinealon, and maybe introduce Tesamorelin for some PM GHRH action I’m missing now.

Yes! I take 1 mg of NA Selank about an hour or two before bed on Reta pin days and I sleep through the night. Interesting note is that IN Selank doesn't affect me that way and if I take it too close to bedtime, I get bizarre nightmares. Its happened twice, so I'm noping out on that.

Good to know it's not just me! 😀 Yeah I typically take it about an hour before bed and sleep like a baby. Feel great the next morning too.
