Read through your post and skimmed comments. Can't remember what was asked now...

Anavar is supposed to be pretty great for you around the 10-20mg mark with only like 30% suppression over 12 week period (this study was anavar only no test base).

Clen is probably the best thing for cutting and muscle sparring that isn't a glp1.

Both should be taken first thing upon waking so you don't straight wreck your sleep.

Are you on a test base?

I'm only 39 and have both clen and var in my possession but haven't tried either yet.

I am not on test. Only Var. I m not gonna use clen again. It was underwhelming at 20mcg. I will stop Var in 4 weeks. I'm using 10mg EOD now.

If you're taking a lower dose than the "beginner" then I need to be even more conservative.

Probably 10mg twice a week, maybe 3 times a week max.

I'll also get DES and PEG if it ever comes through the BST groups. I can't be waiting 2 months for products from CN (still waiting on FURONG).

So anavar, but no HGH.

It's definitely mixed reviews - half are saying hgh is safer and better long term, the other half are saying anavar is faster results than hgh but higher risk profile.

Okay, this is going to be a long one. So, mea culpa.

Yes you should try Var 3 days a week at 10mg... But before I go on the deep throat on HGH and Ana, you will need context. I will do it in terms of business strategy.

So there are two goals- proximate goals and ultimate goals.

My proximate goal is to lose as much fat as possible while preserving as much muscle and strength as I can. Another proximate goal is to stave off TRT, HRT, and senescence as much as possible. But these are all short term goals meant to serve the ultimate goal which is to NEVER HAVE TO GO ON A FAT LOSS SLASH/CUT journey again.

That said, it makes no sense to me to try and build "muscle mass" when I am going to cut weight. But then, there are three things people can train for with resistance training. Everybody knows about sarcoplasmic hypertrophy aka bodybuilding/volume/mass training. Some know about myofibrillar hypertrophy aka strength training. But there is a 3rd thing you can train for- power! Some think thats like plyometrics, but it is not.

You see, functional strength becomes more and more critical as one ages and the ability to move well is so understated. I am fortunate in the sense that my chosen sport is the one where the athletes preserve their strength the most into old age. Even the phrase, old man strength is most prevalent in my sport. And there is a reason for that. It boils down to the type of training we do.

Now that deals with backdrop. So, about HGH, sure our levels subside with age. But HGH will help us lose weight, put on muscle. Yet, I'm using GLp's already. I don't want to have even the tiniest amount of water retention when I am gonna lose weight. I know I will lose some lean muscle mass, even if it is 10%. But the mass lost is going to be sarcoplasmic fluid aka muscle volume. All the stem cells converted to myonuclei inside the muscle cells will remain. The increased myonuclei means that eventually when I do start to bulk up, they will, in the words of @Mr. Blonde, blast forward. So right now, my aim is to train for power/myofibrillar hypertrophy and tendon hyperplasia. Anavar is great for that. I have prior experience with it.

Too much, my main day is Friday and I hit Tuesday to see what's up. Fridays I let the smart scales read everything and not Tuesday. Too much fluctuation in weight that often. I did that at first and it drove me nuts.

Yeah thats likely.. for me I use it to track water weight, food weight, etc. A practice from diabetic days

yeah thats another metric to track. A bare minimum efficacy method to track potential lean muscle loss is to check water weight loss. So, when you weigh yourself first thing in the morning, after sleep, and urinating, you get the dry weight. Then after food and hydration and workout, you get another number. I check for anomalies in the numbers.
 
As said by the others it's a lot to read and I'm not taking any Semax or whatever to help with focus. All I know is I'm inspired and want to be like you big bro
