I have high levels of vitamin d and I gave allodynia. I just have to back off the RETA dose a time or two. It move around on me. I started on the left side of my face when I first started. I backed off the dose until it was gone then I didn't feel it again until a couple months later when I had to increase the dose. Then someone mentioned splitting my dose m-w-f. That worked great for awhile. But it came back last week so I skipped my m-w dose and I'm feeling better. I think I'll check out the vitamin b fix. Which one though, 6, 12....HumanusExMachina said:Both my vitamin B & D levels are high-normal. I get them added to my blood tests (especially D) to make sure I'm neither over nor under doing them.
But I could definitely see how low vitamin D could contribute to allodynia.
