I believe you're referring to the recently published study that talks about GLP's, including Reta, blunting the dopamine pathways.
It seemed to be backed up with some reasonable science, at least to my mostly uneducated brain.
I will say that I did notice some things becoming 'less enjoyable', and not just food, but other things. However, it was subtle. I noticed this a few months before the study was published, but it never really occurred to me in a way that was obvious enough to notice.
The blunting of the dopamine pathways, though, is ever more interesting when you see the results surrounding helping people with addictions - be it gambling or alcohol etc. Now thats super interesting tom me!
As for the social media slop of 'It made me hate my girlfriend' - thats total rubbish. Does it blunt the feelings a tiny bit? The science suggests so. But if it suddenly makes you hate your significant other, there's something else going on there. In my humble opinion, of course.
