Reconstructed Cagri Vial - lifespan

Hi

Once I add the required mix of AA BAC and get PH level right. Can I use the vial for 8 weeks. Is anybody doing that or all staying at 4 weeks and binning the leftover as there surely must be a lot of left over for those on lower doses ?

I use a reconstituted vial of cagri for up to 12 weeks and follow aseptic best practices such as wiping vial top with isopropyl alcohol each time I insert needle.

More specifically, after reconstituting, I filter the pep into a sterilized pen cartridge and then bleed all the air out of the cartridge.

I've had a Vial going for 3+ months reconstituted with bac and still effective.
