Question about stacking and syringes

I'm about to start injecting and want to make sure I'm not making any mistakes with my needle selection. I've done some research but have seen a few different recommendations.

I've purchased an individual kit of:

BPC-157 (10mg)

TB-500 (10mg)

GHK-Cu (50mg)

My plan is to draw all three peptides into the same syringe and administer a subcutaneous injection in the shoulder area.

Would Easy Touch 31-gauge, 1mL (cc), 5/16" (8mm) insulin syringes be appropriate for this?

IMHO, 31-gauge syringes are stupid. They take forever to draw and dose, and certain fluids can make that even more difficult, and they bend very easily. Somewhere a few weeks ago I posted the math showing the difference in size between needle gauges was less than the thickness of a human hair, so unless there are specific medical reasons for using a 31g needle (like certain skin conditions, bleeding disorders, etc.) 99.9% of people aren't going to be able to tell the difference so just use a 29g.

I've noticed a problem with draw and bending of a 31-gauge. Trying to keep them from bending is a issue especially when doing multiple site mini-injections

I use the same: Easy Touch 31-gauge, 1mL 8mm. I use the 0.5ml also as I find the plunger is easier to push in. My compounding Pharma started me on the 31G 8mm so I stayed with that.

I find Tirz 'thicker' that other peps, and drawing the recon tend to generate micro bubbles in the syringe when I draw quickly. 29G could reduce that 'turbulence' and easier to draw.

Suggestion: buy a 10 pack of each ($5), or and see which you prefer before buying a full box.

To perform your draws, you should ensure each recon has no more vacuum (the lyophilized vial is under vacuum). Otherwise, the vacuum will try to suck the fluid from the syringe, 'contaminating' the recon in the vial. As Glow is a combo of all 3, I suggest you get all 3 mixed into the same vial (or a new sterile vial) to keep it simple.

If you poke 3 rubber stopper to fill your syringe, the tip of the needle will have become duller, making it easier to bend and a tad harder to pierce the skin. Thus, the suggestion to mix all in one vial for this case. Enjoy your research.

Yes, unless you're going to try and change ratios, it will be easier, more sterile, and less painful (sharper) to mix just once and fill a syringe just once (each day).

If you're a wuss like me, and don't know how a subject might respond to GHK-Cu you might consider adding some KPV.

Generally, I'd only transfer liquid out of a vial through a syringe. That's what they're made for.

I'd recommend a bit more research.

I HOPE your vials have negative pressure on them. Don’t remove the caps unless you need a place to store small quantities of sand when they are empty of peptides. Reconstitute, then blend. Ideally while filtering into sterile and empty vials!

That’s going to be a dull, bent syringe by the time you enter flesh. It’s also three opportunities for cross contamination. I recommend mixing them in one vial. You don’t need to mix each one individually and then combine them. Mix one vial and then add it to the next, then the next until it’s all contained in one vial. Just my opinion though.

I spent hours searching for sterile 5 or 10ml vials: UV treated, EO, Steamed, and none inspired confidence, including Amazon. I use Under Ground as they also send them to a lab for analysis.

You only need about 1ml of bac to recon, and transfer to the next vial. If you fill the vial to the top (nominal value), you could get 3ml+ of bac in, but drawing from it will be difficult (no air gap). The usable volume is closer to 2.0-2.5ml. I suggest you do more research on 5ml vs 10ml vials, usable volume, etc. I only used the larger vials when I was starting a pep at low doses, but had bought a large lyophilized content, like a 100mg GHK-cu.
