I got 5mg Tadalafil on the way. It is supposed to be great as a preworkout for pumps and possibly lower blood pressure plus a myriad of other health benefits.

Same. Although I am sorta wishing I had gotten the 2.5mg. If it's active for like 36 hours seems like saturation at 5mg might be a bit much.

I'm currently interested in research, data, anecdotal stories, and personal experiences regarding prostate cancer and the peptides and bioregulators used to treat the causes and symptoms.
When hubby has a lot of cow’s milk, his prostate gets swollen. It’s been the case since 35-40yo, maybe earlier. With him and two teens in the house it’s good we shop at Costco. 🥛 Anecdotally, as women age we can develop dairy and wheat sensitivities. It may be a general aging symptom as much as gender-hormone related. Milk has been easy enough to avoid to see if I feel better, it may be worth a try if someone’s having symptoms. Wheat otoh is everywhere.

On one hand it’s easy to look for healing peptides, but be cautious with your buddy’s father as they often encourage cancer growth. The growth warnings seem easy to find.

For yourself (and other guys with general prostate swelling, malaise) healing peptides may be a preventative move since there’s no cancer to feed. Some people stay on low dose GLP-1s for the anti-inflammatory benefit.

I take 5mg every evening for the last year but have never felt like it was too much. Maybe at that dosage, the saturation point is exactly what works to help urine flow and your body expels what it don't need.

I have noticed the same when I eat beef, like steak, burgers, etc. Milk don't seem to bother me. Mentioned it to my urologist and he looked at me kind of puzzled, said he never heard that one before!

I just started glycine the beginning of the year. It is a game changer. I do 6 grams every night before bed. It definitely helps with sleep.
For bathroom breaks in the middle of the night? I definitely get the sleep benefits from it but I'm still going 2-4 times per night (2 is more the normal). I do keep very hydrated though and that's the double edged sword. Great health wise but it's gotta come out at some point... lol

Yeah, mainly sleep. I chug water all day but then stop about 3 hrs (or ateast 2) before bed and that usually does the trick. At most get up once to pee.
