Just wanted to put a personal testimonial for peptides and connective tissue. I have quite a bit of joint instability which has led to torn ligaments, back constantly 'going out,' unstable knees, etc...I have dislocated my wrist lifting a cup of water.
Over the years, I've found many ways to support these problems so I'm not in pain 100% of the time, but any kind of activity like being on my feet too long, quick movements, or any kind of exercise caused flare ups, especially the back, hips, and knees.
I have been on KPV and BPC 157 for over 4 months and it's been an incredible gift. I can sleep more consistently without my shoulder blades slipping out, carry heavier things without wrecking my back, and I'm able to exercise and even dance a little bit. So far, it's doesn't only feel as if inflammation is down, but that my joints are a lot more STABLE.
Anyone who has this or reoccurring back problems knows that awful unstable feeling. Somehow, these peps are supporting that. It's a mercy and I am so grateful. I don't know how long it'll continue if I stop, but I'm going to keep going as long as i can and hopefully repair some of the damage that was done before.
If anyone's interested, this is what helped before, and what I continue doing:
Glucosamine and maitake for ligament stability
Avoiding inflammatory foods (grains/gluten make things dislocate very quickly)
Mold avoidance (the effect on my immune system made the connective tissue disorder run rampant; I don't know exactly how this works, but being in mold is gasoline on a smoldering fire)
