Anybody have experience on taking BPC-157 orally and subcutaneously? Have you noticed any differences on the effectiveness? Have you noticed any stomach issues coming from it? Curious to see which one I should use. Looking for better recovery and gut health but I don't feel like wasting extra bac water for my bpc.

I took an oral BPC/KPV blend and it worked. Had to take it for a whole month before I really started noticing the effects. It works but injections just work faster imo
Did you notice different effects from the oral tablets? I tried BPC arginine orally and can't tell a subjective difference with gut health comparatively.

Tried both — oral worked surprisingly well for gut stuff specifically (it stays local in the GI tract longer). Sub-q felt more systemic, better for joint/tissue recovery. If gut health is your main goal, oral is actually the stronger argument and saves you the bac water hassle. For general recovery, sub-q edges it out. Some people do both depending on the day.

Thanks, ChatGPT.

whats the dosage for that?

I was admonished by some on this site for taking the oral bpc, but it immediately straightened out gut GI issues, from bloating to BM's, reflux, you name it, it made it perfect. Day one unmissable results. I also take SQ for injuries and i think it helps but I couldn't say for certain.

To be honest I wasn't really paying attention to gut health when I was taking it. Just was focusing on it healing a wrist or an elbow (can't remember which it was at the time) flare up I was having and it ended up working for that.
