I’m trying to sound cool. lol. I am finally done with the last of my membership monthly fee Tirz. Passed my nursing exam!! shoot-shoot!

I’m gonna try Reta starting dose .5mg and I want to try Selank, and SS-31. I guess i’m going to have to space it out to see any reactions. Anyone have a good starting protocol for selank and SS-31I saw some people saying 1mg. I was counting vials am ya girl is up to 82. Currently on NAD, KLOW and did last injection of Tirz Sunday.

What's your dose of tirz?

Keep in mind reta doesn't pack the appetite suppression that tirz does for a lot of people so that .5 starting dose might feel like a bit of a letdown, especially if you are coming of a high (7.5mg+) dose.

I’m at 12.5mg on tirz. Is it better to use both? or just a higher dose?

Is Tirz working well for you? If yes, why change?

If you want to change, look at introducing low reta, then coming down the Tirz as you up the Reta. You'll probably need to get to at least 6mg reta before you feel the effects having been on high dose Tirz.

I hear less side effects nausea etc. I seem to have stalled on tirz, I do have a kit I ordered just in case reta doesn’t work for me.
