I didn't read it, but nasal spray get absorbed into your system fast. A bunch of cold medicines are sprays or nasal swabs.

I wouldn’t write nasal off completely, for plenty of peptides it’s a step up from oral, and some neurological ones may actually suit that route better.

Scared of needles? What science says about the peptide nasal sprays on the rise

Yes, the next big thing in wellness goes up your nose.

Plenty of SQ peptides will be fine for administering IN(intranasal) or sublingual. Just need to pay attention to the molecule mass which is usually given in Daltons.

Usually anything over 1kDa is a not going to work. Smaller the better in regards to bioavailability.

In my experience peptides dont work at all intranasally. I have tested this quite a bit. A lot of peptides dont have noticable effects but there are some that do, like oxytocin, pt141, semax, selank. Theses have strong noticable effects for me when injected but do absolutely nothing nasally. Same batch from the same vendor and same vial in some cases so its not the peptides.

I have played around with different methods and dosages but nothing works nasally. I did almost an entire 10mg bottle of pt141 nasally and it did absolutely nothing. If I injected that much i would have a boner for a month. 1mg from the same vial injected worked great. Did the same with oxytocin and several others. All zero effects nasally.

I've been meaning to try the DSIP nasal spray for better sleep
Have only done SubQ but I love DSIP. Started at 600mcg. You want to use it immediately before sleep.

Interesting info. You were using saline to recon them for nasal?

What does oxytocin do for you? Do you use it SubQ? Do you also have turbo-autism and did it do anything to help?

Exactly. So the majority of these sprays are worthless and you'd be throwing your money away.
