Numbness is ring, middle and index fingers. Is a peptide the cause.

Those fingers on my right hand have started feeling numbness when I sleep and also when I work on the PC.

In the last 6 months I have been on cycles of Reta, SS-31, NAD+, Epitalon, Glow70, Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin. Is anyone aware of these peps causing numbness?

I've added Vitamin B to my mix hoping it would help. But no luck there. I also take Zinc and Magnesium.

It's the tesamorelin and ipamorelin causing carpal tunnel syndrome. Well-documented side effect of HGH and growth hormone secretagogues.

When that happens to me (which is quite regular and long before my use of peps), it’s normally a pinched nerve in my neck. I don’t go to the chiropractor often, but if I do, I tell them which fingers are affected on which side and an adjustment normally does the trick for a while.

I agree with the previous speaker – it's carpal tunnel syndrome. Look up information about it – there are ways to treat it.

I also use Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin, fortunately without any side effects so far.

Lucky it’s not the pinky and next two fingers. That tends to be an entrapped ulnar nerve and isn’t fun. Ask me how I know 🙄

Another vote for carpal tunnel from gh secretagogue. Should back off; could check igf1. There’s a wrist brace you can get to keep your hands from flooping inward during sleep and damaging the nerve.

Peripheral neuropathy is a known side effect of GLP1s. Happens more often in diabetics on GLP1s, but yeah. I'm not a doctor and can only tell you what I would do, not what I think you should do. I would drop all the meds that could be responsible - tesa, ipa and reta, and if you can get the symptoms to go away, add them back one at a time, adding maybe one each month until you find the culprit. But that is only what I would do. Good luck to you, get it taken care of while there is still a chance of healing.

Same, holy six months of hell!

The fact that it’s not your pinky means the carpal tunnel diagnosis is pretty definitive. Probably the gh secretagogues making you retain water, causing the tunnel in your wrist through which the nerve passes to squeeze down on it.

Not the same issue, but after I lost most of my weight my arm would go numb while I was sleeping. It was down my arm and especially in my right 2 fingers. It seems like with the fat in my arm gone, normal pressure would press on the nerve just by resting it on the mattress. The pinch point was my elbow. The solution was a cushioned elbow pad which took the pressure off the nerve. Eventually the problem resolved itself and I don't have to wear the pad any more to get through the night.

Body reconfiguration after a large amount of weight loss doesn't always work out the way you plan.

Given you are taking peptides that increase growth hormone levels, and carpal tunnel syndrome is a very common well known side effect of increased growth hormone levels, you need to stop or at least significantly reduce the dose of Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin. I would also seek medical advice if it does not settle down or becomes constant, it is not that hard to permanently damage nerves. You should get igf-1 levels and blood glucose tested if you want to take those with reduced risks of short or long term adverse effects. As you did not know this was a side effect of them maybe do some reading on adverse effects of the peptides you are taking. Not trying to be disrespectful , it is just a good idea to know what you are getting in to.

My money is also on the Tes/Ipa. Have you had bloods done recently? (I actually just did my bloods today 😇)

When your playing with GH peptides you should do your bloods at the start and every couple of moths after that to keep an eye on everything.

How much Tes and Ipa are you taking daily?

I read up on it and posted a similar question on reddit because I saw water retention can sometimes be an issue. A water pill and vitamin B has helped.

I took a 2 day break of the IPA/TESA and I am not having any numbness issues. So, I plan to restart today and back off the Tesa 500mcg down to 1.25MG a day. I get 1mg from the Tesa vial and 250mcg from the Tesa/IPA blend. Both taken in the evening.

I thought the PIA and Tesa were supposed to boost immunity, but, I just got over a nasty 3 day cold. I've only had the Flu last that long before.

I guess next winter I'll look into a peptide that focuses on boosting immunity.

Crikies, I stopped the Tesa for about a week. Then i restarted at a small dose and the CPS came back hard. I took a double dose of the epelerone this AM hoping it is a water issue. Just holding my phone up to type this has caused my left hand to go numb. Tesa is some intense shit.
