It's JONNY not joony!

ANYWAY, I'd decided I was tired of being overweight having discovered "metabolic disease" was a thing I had and was the reason for high blood pressure and a few other issues-that no doctor EVER mentioned. Sad.
I had to discover on my own that simply changing my diet was THE CURE for most of what ailed me and that the pill pushers were not really interested in my being healthy as then they profit nothing. Like I said it was damned sad to find out the food pyramid was a bunch of shit and we've been lied to for so many years. For me, I hope that the old adage "better late than never" is true.
I'm over 60. Was over 250lb at one point years ago ( 5'9" ). Am now 185 looking to rid myself of the last 10-20lbs or so of fat. Went mostly carnivore for over a year but hit plateaus that ticked me off. Did I mention I get ticked off easily? Especially with reddit's uselessness to having questions answered. smh
About 3 months on Sema and now first week on Reta. I've added Tesamorelin as I understand it's effective in keeping muscle mass better than glp-1s alone.
Finally found this place. Hope to get some queries answered. :-D
And that's a bit about me.
