I am 54, 5' 10 and about a year ago I was 230#s. I took semaglutide for about 9 months and last about 10#s in the first 4 to 5 months and then hit a plateau. I couldn't justify paying 200+ a month for no more gains. I'm trying to get down to 200. So researching retatrutide has led me here. So far it has been quite helpful. I found a vendor in the vendor/supplier forum on Friday and I got my shipping number this morning. I appreciate all those who take the time and effort to provide info on their journey.
