NAD+ just get tired. Also DISP and Semax

I've been on Reta since January and MotsC off and on. Last order i added in some Semax, NAD+ and DISP. Semax and DISP I have no idea if they are doing anything. I'm taking the IN made the sprays myself. The NAD+ though just gives me an afternoon nap everyday. I've been on it 10 days now started at 25mg and now at 50mg. Will this continue or is there something I'm missing. I'm starting to think I should take it at bedtime so I'm not getting up at 5am.

I read through a few post here but everyone just talks about the energy its giving them

thanks for any insight on the matter

That would be light for me. I started at 250 mcg, per spray and now it's 500 mcg per spray. 1 mg total works well for me.

I battled through for 2 months on NAD+ and it only got worse. I tried taking it before bed but it didn't really help me get better sleep. I did just start Selank which seems to have helped. I added DSIP last night and was awake until 5am. So who knows what will help anymore. I am soooo tired of being tired but not being able to sleep.

Try Doxylamine Succinate. You can get it on Ebay.

Take just 25mg with 10mg melatonin, and you will sleep like a baby

1 mg of NA Selank SQ about 1-2 hours before bed helps me sleep on Reta pins days (Friday). I'm in a washout period right now and the first 3 nights afterwards sucked.

I feel like you and I have quite a few similarities. I’m about to start week 2 of the following cycle:

NA-Selank Amidate (800 mcg - 1400 mcg) 3 hours before bed. Amount taken depends on stress incurred over the day.

DSIP (300 mcg on work days, 400-500 mcg if I can sleep in) 1.5 hours before bed,

Pinealon (2.5 mg) 15-30 minutes before bed

NA-Epitalon (3 mg) 15-30 minutes before bed

All of it subcutaneous. 21 days, maybe 28 if I stretch it. Benefits were subtle first day or 2, with 20% increase Deep Sleep + REM compared to 30 day median totals. Really, just 12 more minutes than my normal 55 minutes (out of 6.25 total hours).

After day 4, it really kicked in. Past 2 nights, I’ve had 1h 48m (~98% increase) and 1h 56m (~108% increase) of deep sleep + REM, out of 6h 45m and 6h 50m total, respectively. More than double.

I feel way more rested and get out of bed more easily now. Mood is up, motivation is a bit better… But, a little nervous about the off-cycle time…

I just have "regular" selank and not NA Selank. I made one vial into a nasal spray but more than willing to do subq if that works. Hopefully being not NA won't be terrible. Prior to last night I did fall asleep around 1am which is a big improvement over the 3am it had been and the 5am last night. I may increase the DSIP. I did 250mcg last night so maybe I raise it to 500. I'm self employed and work from home so my wake time is more flexible than most.

NA Selank (and Amidate) just means a longer half life. Strength doesn’t seem to be significantly changed. So, for you, you might need to dose around 5 or 6, then again at 9:30-10:00.
 
Re. NAD+ : I was originally on 50mg, then 100mg, and I just felt tired. I went down to 25mg and stayed there for a while without really feeling any different. Just figured I would get through the kit. Then things started changing when I added SS31; I felt a sudden burst of energy. Is it because of SS31 or are they working synergistically? Not sure, but I feel good. Will finish this SS31 cycle and continue with Mots C/Nad+.

Are most people looking for energy with the NAD+? I started the reta and now my wife is seeing people are using it for aging/wrinkles so i'm researching. So far the research on this page doesn't look promising for energy. Maybe the ss-31 alone would of done the same?

Well the primary benefit of NAD+ is energy metabolism, then anti-aging. I'm not sure why others are on it, but I'm definitely in it for the energy boost. Can't say I've seen any anti-aging benefits, yet anyway.

Do you happen to have ADHD? I have not seen any actual research but I have talked to a lot of people with ADHD and all the things that give people energy make them tired (myself included). I know stimulants like caffeine can have this affect on adhd so I was just curious.
