In case anyone cares I did in fact up the sema to 2mg and today I just upped the reta to 5mg. The sema dose is fine, we'll see how I take the extra reta in the next few days.
What would you say are the biggest changes you've noticed as you've varied your sema to reta ratio? Might be a little too early to say on your latest change, of course.

I don't think that the ratio does anything different really. I do experience different side effects from each though. Sema gives me minor cramping during the digestion process. Nothing crazy though. I'm not doubling over in pain .. I would rank the pain level about the same as an uncomfortable fart that just lasts a little longer. Reta on the other hand gives me skin discomfort. Like a mild sunburn.

What IS discipline is stopping myself from buying up all kinds of extra peptides and squirrelling them away. I read about something and think "oh, that's interesting .. I could buy a kit of that. It doesn't cost that much." Resisting that is the hard part.

This the way im doing the same. I only wanted to start using Reta for my LR.

But now i have so much other Peps in my fridge 🤣

Congratulations on your journey!

MsGizmo thanks for sharing, I am thinking about stacking sema with reta because I can still out eat the reta alone at 5MG and your data is giving me valuable insight.
Glad my story is helping people

Here is how things are currently going.

I did increase my sema to 2mg a week for November.

In Dec I increased the reta to 5mg weekly.

I don't plan on any changes for January. My rate of weight loss is fine at this time.

The sema side effects have stopped but the reta burning skin is about as bad as I can bear. Hopefully that will get better with time.

I am now down a total of 55 pounds.

Get it Giz.... I'm doing 8mg reta and 1.5 sema

Great thread and congrats MsGiz!

Sema/Reta was the same combo I came to the conclusion of researching!

For me, it was to try adding small dose of sema for additional appetite suppression to aide in dieting while being able to still hit the other 2 receptors and avail of those benefits, starting out in a more gentle manner.

My thinking was that the sema can be adjusted as needed (especially if in or out of keto-diet, which I cycle and in itself effects appetite) with reta as the base.

I'm just starting research and tinkering around so not much I can say personally yet, but very interested in this specific combo.

Thanks MsGizmo for all the details and all others for the tidbits!

Congratulations, slow is perfect, it all adds up, I may lose 4 pounds a month, but 11 months later, 👌

Amazing insightful thread! Thank you for walking so we could all run!

Due to your experience, I will experiment with stacking my wegovy, 2.4 mg with Reta, 0.5mg.

How do you stack your pins? Do you spread out the days; combine the solutions into one syringe; or do you take both at the same time?

Do not combine GLP/GIP peps into the same vial or injection. I hear this often. I don't know the science.

I offset Tirz/Survo by 3 days.
