I’ve noticed that I always start snaking a lot after 5 days, no matter how high my dose gets, and I’m thinking I might take a shot every 5 days instead. Has anyone explored this?

5 days is the tirz sweet spot for me.

I track my shot dates with a physical calendar and those awesome foil star stickers. I didn't like school and didn't get a lot of gold stars from teachers so now I give them to myself for wellness tasks.

我小时候是个天才儿童，却被分到普通班，课本上的内容总是提前读完，所以老师没什么可教我的。我做作业的时候（如果我真的会做作业的话），其他同学都在交作业。我无聊透顶。老师们也焦头烂额，忙着照顾那些进度落后的学生。这对我们双方都没好处。

幸好我的天赋水平没达到顶尖，所以高中时基本和普通学生一样，但我还是利用午休时间和暑期班去上课，提前一年毕业，因为我实在受够了那种无聊的学习方式。我从未后悔过。

我属于“3.5天起效”阵营，之前用的是Tirz，现在用的是Reta。

说实话，我不喜欢Tirz注射全剂量后的头几天，我几乎吃不下东西，也喝不下水……然后，在下次注射前的最后一天半，我突然就变成了饿狼，只要看起来能吃的东西都想吃。

对我来说，MJ 的食欲抑制效果远胜于 Reta。除了每周一次注射带来的正常波动之外，我没有其他明显的副作用。

我开始服用 Reta 是为了它的代谢益处（胰高血糖素效应、能量消耗）。服用 Reta 后，我外出就餐时终于可以点餐了，而不用再只点儿童餐或开胃菜。如果我想的话，我可以吃下一块鲜嫩多汁的 350 克牛排。

我把 Reta 的剂量分成两份服用，以保持一周内感觉稳定。除此之外，我还交替服用 Tirz，每次分两次服用，作为控制食欲的“手刹”。

目前，我已经服用 Reta 两次，每次 4 毫克，加上 Tirz 两次，每次 2.5 毫克，持续了大约六周。到目前为止，这对我来说是最佳组合——每月减重约 2.5 公斤（约 5.5 磅）。
