I use Smart Peptide Tracker. It's on Android and iOS. It can track multiple peps at once.

It also can keep track of inventory
I just tried this. I did not see any half-life curve plotting at all. Do I need the pro version for plotting?

I have the pro version so maybe, but I think I could see it before I upgraded.

It's under the section "My Stack", then scroll down a little bit.

Reta is the big winner for me. Lost my final 10 lbs n reta. The gip and glucagon agonist just shreds fat and sugar. I was able to eat. You don't need to feel starved to know it's working. Let your scale and body fat be you guide.

Stacking tirzapatide means less glucagon.
This message has been sponsored by glucagon, the hormone that never sleeps.

5mg Tirz, 4mg Reta. Reta barely suppresses but if I raise the dose, the skin sensitivity is overbearing. Tirz kills food cravings for me, I stayed at 2.5mg Tirz alone for 3 months.

skin sensitivity response I had this as well when I tried to scale up at first. It took about 2 weeks but went away. That was when I went from 2mg/week to 4mg and double dipped in the same week. Admittedly, I was not nearly as attentive at tracking as I am now so I paid for my inattentiveness. I got over it, and now that I've titrated up to 10mg/week over the last 6 months, it hasn't come back.

Try adding some Survo (ghettoReta), if you want to add a bit of glucagon agonist to the mix. I was able to go down from 7mg weekly to 5mg weekly of Tirz, while adding 1mg of Survo with all the benefits and few if any sides.

YMMV!
I can not deal with the blahs I’m getting from 1mg of Reta twice a week. I kinda like the “food is gross” thing, but the Reta destroys my motivation at 1mg twice a week. I’ll be trying Tirz next.

Whilst Reta sounds good, my experience with Tirz so far (8 weeks) means I don't see the need to use anything else right now. Appetite suppression from the start has been awesome, getting halfway through a meal and stopping as I'm stuffed is quite the new sensation for me!

I'm sure over time the effects will wear off, I'm moving up a dose soon as I can notice slight decline in suppression but I'm still on 2.5mg so that was always expected.

Good luck on your journey!

You'd be surprised. Everyone is different. I've been on the same 5mg dose for months and the effects are just the same as when I first dosed.

Now my sister had to bump up to 7.5 after 2 months and has been hanging out there successfully.

It has matched or exceeded Reta clinical results at every turn.
This part just isn't true though.

I get the jist of the post, but really don't think it needs to be quite so tribal (appreciate it was copied from elsewhere and you were just sharing). It doesn't need to be a big "Team Tirz vs Team Reta" conflict. Everyone reacts differently, and has their own goals and therefore what works for some won't work so well for others. We're all on the same journey so no need for the original author to be condescending.

I was sharing my copy from another thread. It is my post. I am the Author. It is not a conflict, just my observation. It has been very educational. Not sure what part isn't true. I was sharing from my perspective. I am down 33.6% total weight at 46 weeks. That is real data for me to draw a conclusion up to this point. Certainly, it was not my intention to be consensending. My intention was that the grass is not always greener on the other side, and I am comfortable with my choice not to make the leap.

It's survodutide, a GLP1R and Glucagon (GCGR) agonist with long half-life so you can inject once weekly. There is also Mazdutide, which is similar.

There's a zillion peptides, but please do some research protocols vary a lot and much of the information out there is questionable. There's (used to be?) a reddit sub for ghettoreta, but I'm not sure what the status is any more.
