I was coming out of a multi year depressive funk, some health stuff and gained alot of weight. Used phentermine for 2 months mostly just to help with getting back into the groove and establish good habits. Also proved that I do have adhd as it was life changing in how my mind worked while on it. Worked great for that purpose and maintained weightloss after coming off. Fell down the rabbithole when my sister mentioned she was starting tirzepide from her Naturopathic Doctor.

I have seasonal depression and winter was coming up and I refuse to do this get fat thing, then get back in fighting shape every damn year. Came across reta, which seemed like a better fit for me. And a few months later I'm maintaining the lowest bodyfat percentage with the most lean mass I've ever carried to this low of a bodyweight at 37. I likely have an eating disorder and as long as I stick to my meal plans and have no more than 2 off plan meals a week, I could historically stay in shape. If I have to do more than 2 meals a week, I start loosing control and end up binging. Reta has greatly helped with this. I don't stress as much about how many calories in some random off menu meal and can be a normal person without binging. And the few binges I have had, have been really restrained. I suspect the glucagon effect of reta has some mental effects as my mind is quieter on it, but without the added drive that phentermine gave me. Also despite increased resting heartrate, I noticed better performance on the bike at any given heartrate.

At first found sources where I was paying over a hundred for a 30mg vial, found grey and the pricing allows me to rationalize all sorts of interventions.

BPC/TB4 and KLOW has been great for injuries as a high mileage veteran who mountain bikes, so plenty of past and on going physical trauma. As someone who is almost always injured from living a rather kinetic life, I have noticed soft tissue injuries heal in about half the time, and deeper injuries about a third quicker.

Then came CJC/IPA. Didnt notice much other than about 2lbs of water retention and increased hunger. Dropped it after 2.5 months. Probably going to try real HGH here soon.

Currently playing with glutathione, MOTC, 5 amino, Epitalon. But then you realize to support injectable glutatione, you should be taking oral glycine, NAC, and selenium. To support MOTSC, oral NR and TMG, for NAD.

Then add bromante, diy nasal semax and selank for a ghetto ADHD treatment. Still lacking drive, but has done great things for my mental health. Subtle but just noticed one day, man I feel great.

Now I feel like a science expirament with several shots a day, fist full of supplements, and somehow looking to add more.
