Hi! I’m Italian and I’ve been using Tirz for three months. Here in Italy we’re still so behind on peptides that, at the beginning, I felt completely alone. I spent hours reading on Reddit just to understand something… and then I found this community!
I’ve lived with an eating disorder for years, and GLP‑1s have been something I can barely put into words: magic, a crack of light after so much darkness.
At the standard doses I had awful side effects. It felt impossible, but I didn’t want to give up. And if I had listened only to Italian doctors, I would have never discovered microdosing. Starting again from tiny doses felt like learning to breathe again. I’m increasing slowly, stubbornly slowly.
I’m not losing weight fast, and that’s okay. Because I’ve gained something I thought was gone forever: freedom from food addiction. Writing it gives me chills. My head spins every time I think about it. It still doesn’t feel real.
Happy to be here!
